What To Expect (from start to finish)
Getting set up is easy and typically takes just a few days from start to finish, depending on availability.
1. Complete your intake form & schedule your Meet & Greet
Start by telling us about you and your cats through a short intake form, then select a date and time for your Meet & Greet.
This helps us understand your needs and determine if we're the right fit for your family.
Once submitted we'll review your information and confirm your appointment within 1 business day.
2. Complete Your Client Profile (Before Your Visit)
If approved, you’ll receive an activation email from Time To Pet so you can set up your client portal and complete your cat’s care profile ahead of your Meet & Greet.
This is an important step because it allows us to focus fully on you and your cats during the visit instead of spending time gathering basic details.
We’re here to help if you have any questions while setting everything up.
3. Meet Your Cat Care Specialists
We’ll come to your home to meet you and your cats, learn your routines, and walk through care details together.
This visit helps your cats get comfortable with us and gives you a chance to ask any questions in person.
4. You’re Ready to Book Visits Anytime
After your Meet & Greet is complete, you’re officially ready to request cat sitting visits whenever you need them.
We’ll already have everything we need in place, so booking future visits is simple and stress-free.
How Long Does It Take?
Most clients are set up within a few days after scheduling the Meet & Greet, depending on the date they select and how quickly the profile is completed.
If you’re planning a trip, we recommend starting the process 2–3 weeks in advance whenever possible.
How Much Does It Cost To Get Started?
Meet & Greets are currently priced at $30. Payments are processed in Time to Pet only after your profile is completed. You will be notified before that happens.
