Coffee for Cats

A Local Mission to Help Greensboro Cats Find Their Forever Homes

At Snuggle Bug Cat Care of Greensboro, we love coffee... but we really love cats. That’s why we’ve brewed up something special for our local community – introducing Coffee for Cats, a feel-good initiative that helps longtime adoptable cats at SPCA of the Triad get the attention they deserve.

🐾 What is Coffee for Cats?

Coffee for Cats is a local, non-profit initiative we started to shine a light on overlooked cats who’ve been patiently waiting at SPCA of the Triad for their forever families. Each month, we spotlight a lovable, adoptable cat who’s been in shelter care a little too long – and we spread the word by placing cute, eye-catching flyers in Greensboro’s most welcoming coffee shops.

You’ll find a sweet kitty face in your favorite shop along with their bio. It’s our way of blending our love for community, coffee, and cats into one simple, impactful effort.

💛 Why Are We Doing This?

Because every cat deserves a chance to feel safe, loved, and at home. As professional cat sitters and lifelong cat lovers, we know just how special cats are – and we also know that some cats get overlooked through no fault of their own.

We created Coffee for Cats because:

  • We love cats (obviously)

  • We want to support the amazing work of SPCA of the Triad

  • We believe in using our platform to give back to our Greensboro community

 

📣 How Does it Work?

It’s simple and sweet – just like your favorite cup of coffee.

  1. We partner with SPCA of the Triad to identify a long-term adoptable cat who could use some extra love.

  2. We create flyers featuring that cat’s photo and an easy-to-scan QR code to access their bio.

  3. We post those flyers at local coffee shops around Greensboro.

  4. You see the flyer, fall in love, share it with a friend, or even meet your new best furry friend.

 

It’s community-powered cat advocacy at its cutest.
